Terms & Conditions

1. Company Information

The website Rimbie is operated by Gastron Sweden AB (Org. no. 559443-4325), located at Stallvägen 1, 762 51 Rimbo, Sweden.

2. Products

Rimbie sells freeze-dried candy. All products are intended for consumption and are delivered according to the specifications provided on the product pages.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices on our website automatically adjust based on the country from which the website is accessed, reflecting local currencies. All prices include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna

  • Card payment

Payment is processed upon confirmation of the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship with PostNord and offer both domestic and international deliveries. Delivery times vary by destination, but the standard time within Sweden is 3–5 business days. International deliveries may take longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In compliance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, provided that the products are unopened and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Limitations: No right of withdrawal applies to food products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken for health or hygiene reasons.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected, a handling fee of 150 SEK will be charged for the costs of return shipping and administration.

7. Age Restrictions

To place an order with Rimbie, you must be at least 18 years old. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information at the time of order. Gastron Sweden AB is not liable for undelivered items due to incorrect details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gastron Sweden AB is not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Force Majeure

Gastron Sweden AB is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes between Gastron Sweden AB and the customer, we will first attempt to resolve them through mutual agreement. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or settled in a court of law, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
